With less than a week left in our Youth Employment Challenge Ideas phase, we are excited to highlight contributions that are positively standing out. We are seeing an incredible level of community collaboration: from sharing learnings on the platform to asking clarifying questions to teams coming together that hope to take ideas forward.

The Bridge Project does a great job of focusing on a specific group of users: young women in Kinshasa. In thoughtfully detailing the users’ journey and needs we are able to understand the idea’s value and potential for impact within that particular community.
