This week's spirited Connecting Communities Challenge OpenSTORM at IDEO's Singapore office

It's an orchestra of ideas and inspiration on OpenIDEO this week. A high note is that our Business Impact Challenge winners have been announced! Congratulations to our 9 Winning Concepts and to our entire community for your efforts creating, collaborating, building and refining throughout the challenge. In the months ahead, our friends at the Fowler Center will be bringing together a select group of advisors, thought leaders, developers and designers to start prototyping some of our community's concepts.

Our Workplace Wellness Challenge is deep in its Inspiration phase and gathering global examples, observations and reflections as we explore wellness within and beyond the workplace ahead of our upcoming Concepting phase. Check out the  Workplace Wellness: IDEO Insights for a collection of challenge-related interviews by folks at IDEO London. It's packed with inspiration to get us thinking bigger, bolder and broader. Swing by and add your own posts and comments to the Inspiration phase to feed our collective thinking!

The Connecting Communities Challenge is in Concepting and needs *your* ideas to join the great ones already gathering around this exciting topic. This week an OpenSTORM was held in the IDEO Singapore office in collaboration with Syinc, a Singaporean nonprofit that gives young professionals and students from diverse backgrounds the tools, connections and skills to create positive change. In extending the OpenIDEO process offline, attendees had the chance to brainstorm and consider concepts from the perspective of people who live and work in Singapore, resulting ideas had a truly grassroots feel. Want to try your own OpenSTORM? Check these tips and download the challenges Brainstorm in a Box toolkit.
