Visualisation from seasoned OpenIDEATOR, T. Annie, on her Healthy Ageing Wellness Lounge idea
It's about that time to make some noise on OpenIDEO. We're nearing the end of our Healthy Ageing Challenge Ideas phase – get in quick to add your innovative thinking! Then it's time for the Applause phase when we're keen for you to cheer on your favourite ideas to help our OpenIDEO Team + our challenge sponsor, Mayo Clinic, choose a shortlist for the Refinement phase. We hope you'll take the time to look over the range of savvy submissions, especially those which have come in towards the end of the phase. It's also a great time to share our challenge with folks you know and get them digging the goodness and applauding their favourite ideas too. We'd love it if you could get some seniors in your life to take a look and applaud plus comment on ideas that resonate with them too. It's a great way to connect with elders you know over a significant topic that's relevant to all of us.
Don't miss this week's Community Champion update from Annie – this time round on her OpenSTORM experience. Plus fab insights from IDEO's Associate Partner Gretchen Addi: Designing for People, Not An Age which will serve our community well into the upcoming Refinement phase.
And check out this month's Featured Ideator: Karoline K – a Danish-born visual designer studying and working in London. We were so impressed with her OpenIDEO collaborations, we selected her as our summer intern!
